Welcome to Siora Tiramisu—a celebration of love, tradition, and family. Our name, Siora, holds two meanings. It honors its historical roots, tracing back to 1800s Treviso, Italy. The word “Tiramisù” means “pick me up,” and the “Siora” of a palace crafted this dessert to reinvigorate her guests with a magical, sweet touch. It also combines the Italian words “Si” (Yes) and “Ora” (Now). Picture someone offering you tiramisu—your answer is surely, “Yes, now!”

For me, Siora Tiramisu is deeply personal. My passion for cooking began in Nonna’s kitchen, where food was more than nourishment—it was an experience. Nonna made every meal unforgettable, always insisting on seconds. While I once preferred savory dishes like lasagna or salami, my love for tiramisu blossomed during my travels in 2019.

It was with my Erasmus family, an incredible group of Italians, that I truly fell for this dessert. Making tiramisu wasn’t just cooking; it was a family affair—filled with laughter, teamwork, and love. These moments inspired Siora and remind me of the joy in bringing people together.
